Through a series of case presentations, easy to use clinical procedures will be shown on how to achieve outstanding esthetic results through minimal invasive techniques. Digital workflows using the state-of-the-art bioceramic CAD/CAM material will be demonstrated from designing, tooth preparation, milling procedures, finishing and cementation of the final CAD/CAM restoration. This lecture provides a comprehensive, clinically focused overview of indirect adhesive posterior restorations, including inlays, onlays, overlays, and partial-coverage restorations. It explores the rationale behind choosing adhesive indirect approaches over traditional full coverage crowns, emphasizes minimally invasive tooth preparation, and discusses material selection.
